01 Introduction

Tempototo ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is an online sports betting and live casino platform operated for the benefit of Malaysian players and other eligible users. The Platform is accessible at tempototo.cam and any associated mobile-optimised versions of the same domain.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposit and withdrawal of funds, placement of bets, participation in promotions, and engagement with any live casino, slot, or other gaming products offered on the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Tempototo.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with Tempototo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Tempototo strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under the age of 21, in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You are registering as an individual, in your own legal name, for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Tempototo or any of its affiliated entities.
• You do not hold, and will not open, more than one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any laws, statutes, or regulations applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

04 Account Registration

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration, and to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account with any third party or permit any other person to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

Tempototo will conduct KYC verification as part of account activation and prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Each natural person may maintain only one Account. Tempototo uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. If multiple accounts are detected to be operated by the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances across those accounts consolidated or forfeited at Tempototo's discretion.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Tempototo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the user opts to transact in cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). The minimum may vary by payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 for bank transfer and e-wallet methods.
• Withdrawal processing: Approved withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Processing times may be longer for accounts pending verification or during high-volume periods.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC confirmation. Tempototo reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing funds.
• Currency: All Account balances are maintained in MYR. No currency conversion fees are charged by Tempototo for MYR transactions.

Tempototo reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the affected account will be flagged for review and the user will be notified through their registered contact details.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Tempototo are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General rules applicable to all betting activity on the Platform include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Tempototo does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or event rules.
• Tempototo reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, pricing error, or the use of abusive or exploitative betting strategies.
• In the event of a live betting market disruption — including server errors, data feed failures, or unexpected match interruptions — Tempototo will take reasonable steps to settle bets based on verifiable event data. Settlement decisions made in good faith are final.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the standard accumulator rules for each sport. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out; a single void selection may reduce the parlay to the remaining selections rather than voiding the entire bet, at Tempototo's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Current maximum payout limits are published in the relevant sports or game rules sections of the Platform.
• Users who exploit pricing errors, latency, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage may have their winnings from such bets voided and their accounts suspended.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Tempototo offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus balance is active in your Account, the maximum bet per spin or per round is capped at MYR 500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this cap during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement. Table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not activated or wagered through within the stated validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit) will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being voided.
• Maximum Bonus Cash-Out: Unless specified otherwise, bonus-derived winnings are subject to a maximum cash-out limit. This limit is stated individually for each promotion and must be checked before opting in.
• Abuse Prevention: Tempototo reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits where there is evidence of systematic abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the bonus structure.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Tempototo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring of funds, or any activity that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion with other users, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including the resale of betting tips generated through the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Tempototo platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, game content, odds data, and written materials — is the exclusive property of Tempototo or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of Tempototo.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tempototo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Tempototo's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that user's Account at the time the claim arises.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous uptime and data accuracy, Tempototo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

11 Responsible Gambling

Tempototo is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. We provide the following player-protection tools, accessible through every Account:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Users may apply a cap on gambling losses within a defined time period.
• Session Reminders: Automated reminders can be set to notify users of time spent on the Platform during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion of between 1 month and 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, the user's Account will be deactivated and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a cooling-off pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which betting activity is suspended.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting Tempototo support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be paid out to your verified payment method within a reasonable period following KYC clearance.

Suspension by Tempototo: Tempototo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, in cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC verification, operation of duplicate accounts, or any conduct that Tempototo reasonably believes causes harm to the Platform or other users.

Upon closure for breach of Terms, Tempototo reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld balance will be released within 10 business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Tempototo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Tempototo will endeavour to notify registered users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact Tempototo's customer support team to seek an informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted in writing, either party may refer the matter to an appropriate third-party dispute resolution body. Tempototo will cooperate fully with any such process.
